  • Advanced Bundle Discounts – require multiple products to be on account in order to get a discount

  • Complex Product Requirements – require multiple products to be on account in specific circumstances in order to allow the purchase of a different product.
  • Edit Options – allows the administrator to edit the product specific questions a user completes at time of registration
  • Email Draft – allows for a mass email message to be drafted and returned to at a later time.
  • File Upload – allows for files to be uploaded into the system for email messages (rather than needing to be uploaded onto the organization website)
  • Itemized Payment Report – generates a report showing the payment information (system, transaction, date, amount, etc.) on a per item basis, rather than per transaction basis
  • Membership Card – generates a PDF membership card with a customized layout and information from the customer’s profile (eg. name, address, expiry date)
  • Timed Registration Period – allows for certain products to be enabled and/or disabled for registration at a specific date/time.

  • Homeowners’ Association Setup – a series of features and controls that make the system suitable for homeowners associations (where accounts are tied to the land title, not the owner).
  • Multiple Emails on Account – allows for a single account to have multiple emails on file (eg. spouses)
  • Profile Change Notification – sends an email to a specific account when a specific change is made on a profile (eg. to a volunteer coordinator when the volunteer preference question is updated).
  • Change Recurring Billing Price – allows administrators to change the price that is automatically billed for something (eg. if the annual membership price increases)
